Yes, subletting and lease transfers are permitted in accordance with the lease agreement and are subject to manager approval.

The following breeds are not permitted in the community: Akita, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Pit Bull Terrier, Stafford Bull Terrier, Mastiff—including but not limited to: Boerboel, Bull, Argentinean (Dogo Argentino), Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Doberman Pinscher, Gull Dong, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu, American Bandogge, Caucasian Ovcharka, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrids. Additionally, any dog that may have the above-designated breeds in their lineage is strictly prohibited.

A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment.
